Nutrition is a huge topic, bigger than many people think, jt’s as large as computer science or physics, yet, like any other topic it’s important to know your A’s, B’s and C’s, and that is where the ASPARTA Nutrition course comes in.
During our course you will learn about a number of topics including making healthy food choices, nutritional timing for specific goals, healthy cooking practices including health food cooking and preparation, as well as healthy cooking oils. Which foods are better raw, and which are better cooked, nutritional Asian superfoods, and how to make some vitality increasing smoothies, including where to source the best ingredients locally.
